 Verified Buena ubicación ☺La ubicación es muy buena, la limpieza muy bien también. ☹Hay cosas que se podrían mejorar como por ejemplo alguna percha en el baño para colgar la toalla o la mampara que no cierra bien y se sale el agua al ducharse. La comunicación con el gestor deja mucho que desear, contesta tarde y la gestión es un poco regular.

 Verified Ubicación perfecta ☺La ubicación del apartamento es ideal para poder visitar cualquier sitio de interés turístico, además en la puerta se pueden coger buses y te puedes mover con facilidad, el apartamento está muy bien, era ideal poder llegar al apartamento después de tanta calor y tener aire acondicionado.

 Verified Con unas sencillas mejoras es perfecto para lo que vale ☺El sitio tenía cerca el tranvía, metro, bus y puedes moverte a cualquier sitio y luego andando te ibas a la estación de tren. ☹El piso es bonito pero sin aire acondicionado tuvimos calor y el sofá- cama no es muy cómodo. Además en la cocina faltaba muchos utensilios para el día a día: trapos, balletas, tazas, y el congelador tenía una capa de hielo tan gorda  que lo bloqueaba y no podíamos usarlo.

 Verified Bom apartamento em Roma ☺Tivemos uma ótima estadia neste apartamento. A localização é excelente, com mercado e vários restaurantes muito próximos. O transporte também é extremamente fácil, com um ponto de ônibus bem na frente do prédio. O apartamento em si é ótimo: espaçoso, com janelas grandes e pé-direito muito alto, o que dá uma sensação excelente de amplitude. É muito bem equipado, especialmente a cozinha. A máquina de lavar roupas foi outro recurso excelente que usamos bastante durante o período. O banheiro também é muito bom. Dois grandes destaques foram os dois aparelhos de ar-condicionado que funcionaram perfeitamente e, para completar, o prédio conta com elevador. Recomendamos fortemente! ☹O que não gostamos foi de um cheiro forte bem perceptível logo que se entra no apartamento. Não soubemos identificar se era algo relacionado à água, ao próprio prédio ou ao bairro, mas foi um incômodo. Além disso, sentimos muita falta de ganchos, suportes ou cabides no banheiro para pendurar as toalhas e apoiar nossas coisas, o que tornou o dia a dia difícil. Fora do apartamento, a experiência na cidade também foi um pouco cansativa no aspecto humano, sentimos que em Roma as pessoas no comércio e serviços em geral parecem muito irritadas, mal-humoradas e impacientes, muitas vezes gritando ou tratando mal os turistas, o que destoa bastante de outros lugares que visitamos.

 Verified Great stay! ☺Beautiful accommodation with lots of character. AC was an absolute winner during our stay during the heatwave. Bed and sofa bed were comfortable, kitchen was well equipped and the washing machine a bonus. Great area to stay, close to great restaurants and  a big Conad grocery store 50m from the front door. Easy to walk everywhere. Public transport also just across the road. Thanks for a great stay  !

 Verified Klimatyczne mieszkanie dla rodziny ☺Lokalizacja przy głównej ulicy, jak są otwarte okna to jest głośno. Jest klimatyzacja, więc można zamknąć okna. Klimatyczne mieszkanie w starej kamienicy. Bardzo blisko przystanku tramwajowego, wygoda przy korzystaniu z komunikacji miejskiej. Niedaleko są 2 lokalne sklepy z "normalnymi" cenami. Wygodna kuchnia, kawiarka. Piekarnik, lodówka, żelazko, pralka, suszarka. Można wygodnie mieszkać. ☹Mogłyby być wieszaki na ręczniki w łazience. Brak zmywarki i czajnika.
